There are, however some synergies between the two brands, two of them. First, KTM does share its knowledge about motorcycles and the software used with Bajaj. Secondly, KTM benefits from the economies of scale of Bajaj Auto. BAL MD insists that the components in two similar machines to share synergies don’t have to be same as long as they share the manufacturing facility and the cost overheads.
